DriveHQ.com has recently launched Cloud Storage and Cloud IT Solution 5.0, which includes a lot of top quality features and client software. The latest version DriveHQ FileManager 5.0 now supports File Version History; group sharing and collaborations; DriveHQ EmailManager can backup Outlook Emails and contacts to DriveHQ webmail; it can also backup and restore email account setting and email rules.

For those users prefer FTP service or WebDAV drive mapping service, the version 5.0 Cloud IT Solution includes these features and a lot more features.

I can say it, as it's what we are doing since december 2009. We started to use Scala along with Java, and soon get bored to switch back to Java bloat, and we dismissed it completely.

So now, we are three developers in a young company that are building a product in Scala - but of course, we are heavily making use of the gazillion good Java libraries available around there.

I can tell that just having a language that is always standing up between what you want to do and what it allows to do (as was Java for me - I like generics, or I would really have been able to like them) is a big win.

But really... it's more a matching between you wit and the language than what others are saying that is important to have the work be done...

I don't think your mistakes where that obvious. IMO documentation regarding the usage of PojoCache in JBoss AS (5) is very hard to find. It took me almost two days as well. I appreciate your information about the JBossAOP loadtime weaving.

While searching for answers I found information that might be useful for others as well:

In JBoss AS 5 one can also use a CacheManager to obtain caches (both core caches ande POJO caches). The CacheManager is defined in "server/all/deploy/cluster/jboss-cache-manager.sar/META-INF/jboss-cache-manager-jboss-beans.xml". The CacheManager will (by default) be registered in JNDI under the name "java:/CacheManager" (and in JMX as well), IMO obtaining it via JNDI is cleaner.
